Before you upload your logo please consider if the colours and shape will work with the video you have chosen.
Best results occur when the logo clearly contrasts with the video background.
We accept transparent .png files and .jpg files. Image sizes should be at least 1000px on the longer edge.
In most instances transparent .png files are the best choice as .jpg files will have a background that obscures the video behind it.

If your logo does not meet these requirements your video quality will be impacted.
We can redraw your logo to remove the background or change colours to suit if you don't have a version that's suitable.
Just upload the logo you have and select the logo redraw option on the product page.
There is an additional $25 AUD fee for this service which will be applied at checkout.
We accept .png and .jpg files for content placeholder images. Your images should be at least 1920px at the longest edge and of at least 72dpi resolution.
Please ensure that you use only images that you have the rights to, we do not accept any responsibility for copyright infringements on images used to create videos.
There are a number of free sites to get royalty-free images from that you can use in your video content in addition to your own if needed.
Pexels, Pixabay and Unsplash are three that we can recommend.
